Global Traffic Network, Inc. provides traffic and news information reports to radio and television stations in Australia and Canada. The Company derives substantially all of its revenue from the sale to advertisers of commercial advertising inventory embedded within these information reports. The Company obtains the advertising inventory from radio and television stations in exchange for information reports and/or cash compensation. The Company¡¯s wholly owned subsidiaries include The Australia Traffic Network Pty Limited (Australia Traffic Network); Global Traffic Canada, Inc. (Global Canada); Canadian Traffic Network ULC (Canada Traffic Network), and Global Traffic Network (UK) Limited (UK Traffic Network). The Company conducts its Australian business operations through Australia Traffic Network, and its Canadian business operations through Canadian Traffic Network. Effective April 2, 2007, the Company acquired substantially all of the assets of Wise Broadcasting Network Inc. |

Crown Holdings, Inc. is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of packaging products for consumer goods. The Company¡¯s primary products include steel and aluminum cans for food, beverage, household and other consumer products, and metal caps and closures. These products are manufactured in the Company¡¯s plants both within and outside the United States, and are sold through the Company¡¯s sales organization to the soft drink, food, citrus, brewing, household products, personal care and various other industries. At December 31, 2007, the Company operated 141 plants along with sales and service facilities throughout 41 countries. During the year ended December 31, 2007, 73% of the Company¡¯s consolidated net sales were derived from operations outside the United States, of which 74% were non-United States revenues derived from operations in the Company¡¯s European Division. The Company¡¯s business is organized geographically within three divisions: Americas, European and Asia-Pacific. |
